What should I wear?
Wear comfortable clothing. Depending on the service, you may be asked to undress to your comfort level — professional draping is always provided to ensure modesty and relaxation. -
Should I arrive early?
Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your scheduled session. This allows time to settle, breathe, and complete any intake forms. -
Do I need to bring anything with me?
Just yourself and an open mind! If you are receiving kinesiology taping, wearing loose, athletic-style clothing is helpful.

What is cupping therapy?
Cupping utilizes gentle suction to enhance circulation, alleviate tension, and promote natural healing. Some temporary marks may appear where cups are placed — these are painless and fade within a few days. -
What is kinesiology taping?
RockTape kinesiology taping supports muscles and joints, allowing for free movement. It can reduce soreness, aid recovery, and provide stability for several days after application. -
Which massage is right for me?
If you’re unsure, start with a therapeutic massage — it’s tailored to your needs and can incorporate sports techniques, cupping, or taping as appropriate.

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled event. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged a fee to honor the reserved time. -
What if I arrive late?
Sessions will end at the scheduled time to respect all clients. Arriving late may result in a reduction of your treatment time. -
What if I’m sick?
Please reschedule your appointment if you’re feeling unwell. This protects both you and others.
